EXIBILITY

CSS Website Redesign

Project Overview

Exibility is a IT firm located in Walnut Creek, CA. Exibility’s site was designed back in 2009 and was due for a refresh.
The idea of this redesign was to minimize the amount of code changes made to the site. The goal for this project is to make the site look up to date, client conversion is not a concern.

OLD SITE

Known Facts

  • Out of date icons

  • Default looking fonts

  • Simple Information Architecture

  • No new assets created

Wireframes

Rapidly created over 15 digital wireframes of the site to give and overall feel to the landing page. Focusing on information architecture, as well as placement and alignment of assets.

Style Guide

No change to branding, the style guides were focused on color hierarchy and typography. Gradients will be utilized in the final design.

Iterations

Hi-Fidelity Mockups given to the client to better understand the scope of the project.

Detail Redesign

The client was not completely satisfied with the simple pill style button. To ensure it was not just the current designs color or layout choice I put together some quick mockups that included the original pill shape along with some rounded corners staying away from the harsh 90 degree corners. These are those.

Final Design

Next Steps

Now that the final design has been signed off by the client, it’s time to move on to working with the development team to implement the new style.

STAY TUNED MORE TO COME!!!
